Willow has 5 years of professional social media experience and many many years using social media in general. She knows her way around Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook like the back of her hand. She is proficient in the Adobe Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, and Lightroom. As well, she uses Canva every day for her current job and is an expert now. Additionally, she studied art, graphic design, and photography before she chose her major in journalism/public relations.

She currently does social media for Print Renegades, a screen printing shop.

She has experience as a managing editor for Fun Nihilist Magazine, a reporter for Daily 49er, an editorial intern at Signal Tribune, a photographer/copy editor/reporter for The Corsair newspaper, and a photographer for All Things Loud. As managing editor for Fun Nihilist Magazine, she managed social media, vendors, events, and photographers. As well, she wrote articles, took photos, used Lightroom, copywrote, made playlists for the site, designed displays for events, and vended magazines.
